Course Overview

The SIT Master Training Coach Program is a specialized 10-hour course designed to provide an in-depth understanding of metabolic training, fat loss mechanisms, high-intensity workouts, and structured program design. This course combines scientific principles with hands-on practical training to equip fitness professionals with the skills necessary to optimize performance, endurance, and body composition for their clients or personal use.

Through theoretical instruction and practical application, participants will learn how to implement cutting-edge training methodologies such as Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT), High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata, Strength-Endurance Workouts, and Functional Training Protocols.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand and apply metabolic training principles for fat loss and energy expenditure.
  2. Differentiate between aerobic and anaerobic energy systems and their application in fitness.
  3. Design structured cardiovascular training programs, including steady-state and interval-based methods.
  4. Implement resistance training protocols to enhance metabolic rate and optimize fat loss.
  5. Apply High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Tabata Training for maximum efficiency in training programs.
  6. Integrate Olympic lifts, kettlebell exercises, and bodyweight movements for improved athletic performance.

This program is delivered over five structured sessions, each lasting 2 hours. The course follows a progressive learning approach, starting with foundational fitness concepts and advancing to high-intensity, metabolic, and strength-endurance training techniques.
